Nancy started taking dogs to the beach and on day hikes when she and husband Pearce moved from Skylonda to Menlo Park. With degrees in Psychology, Parent Education and Early Childhood Education Nancy is capable of using learning theory as is applies to humans as well as dogs. Trained in Behavioral Psychology and professional dog pack management, Nancy is also certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and is a graduate of DogBiz Professional dog walking.

Hello! I have been servicing San Francisco since 2003. I am an R+ walker and I am certified in dog CPR and first aid. I do small groups- no more than 6 at a time-usually less. I do on leash walking only. I offer group walks and time permitting, solo walks. I also do drop-in visits for cats and dogs .I specialize in seniors, with a group dedicated to them so we can go at their pace. I take dogs that are 40 lbs and under, they must know basic commands, and how to walk properly on leash.

Playcare offers daily playgroups in a private, handcrafted, 2800-square foot indoor-outdoor play space at the base of Bernal Hill. ​We are currently accepting dogs in the 20-50 lb weight range, and we only accept dogs who genuinely enjoy the company of dogs. Good Dog! Playcare offers a unique experience in daycare. We pick the dogs up at your home and take them to our place to play for 4 hours. By the time we drop them back off, they are out of the house for 5-6 hours.

I am trained in 18 different different healing modalities, as well as animal communication. I have been a dog walker, sitter and have boarded dogs for over four years. I have taken care of senior dogs, large breed dogs, puppies and adolescents. I volunteered at an animal shelter where I took many dog handling workshops and am Fear Free certified and first aid CPR certified. I use a positive reinforcement, partnership based, compassionate tuning in approach when walking or otherwise interacting with dogs. I strive to meet the physical and emotional needs of animals through sufficient attention, affection, exercise, and exposure to nature.
