I strive to accomplish this and it is fun doing so. I am extremely vigilant about your dogs safety and am constantly striving towards educating myself on the best force free training methods in order to establish a loving relationship between myself and your canine companion. I train through gaining trust and build strong relationships with the dogs this way. I am not afraid to use treats and love. These are my tools. This means no shock, prong or choke chains or physical punishment. And lastly, we have sooo much fun!

A Girl and Your Dog is a tightly knit team of dog savvy professionals passionate about helping you provide your dog with the best possible experience. We offer full and half day play at our ranch in Montara. We service Mission Bay, Dogpatch, Potrero, and Bernal Heights.

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of looking after a wide range of pets. My love for animals runs deep, and I take great joy in making sure they're well taken care of. The best part is that my daughter shares this passion. Together, we have a blast hanging out with the dogs we host in our home. We can't wait to meet your furry friends!

I also do regular house sitting offering plant care as well as babysitting for all ages. Willing to travel with you for your pet or child sitting needs. We are the connellys. I’m Jen. Stay at home mom and pet obsessed. My husband, Matt, is a truck driver and loves hanging out with our fur friends when he’s home. We have one 12 year old princess, our daughter, mckayla, who all of this was born from. We watch pets to help pay her competition dance fees. We all love pets and have two pups of our own. Our 4 year old goldendoodle, Mia, and our 7 year old jack russel, Toby. We have a 1/3 acre privacy fenced backyard and though our house is small, it’s filled with everything a dog could want or need. They have full run of our home and we make sure they have the best possible stay!
