I became a full-time traveling house sitter in July 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed this as I love to travel and staying in different homes to care for their pets. I work remotely as an insurance auditor so I am home often. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising 6 days a week as I am a retired triathlete.

Our focus is one on one care for dogs (and cats) that may struggle with traditional care settings and group care environments. Whether a dog is shy, fearful, reactive, anxious, aggressive, or perhaps just intact or a senior that has become selective; many dogs find group daycares, group walks, and traditional boarding environments stressful, or aren't able to go - so we are here to help! Hi! I’ve been working in the petcare industry since 2017 and started Furry Best Friend SF in January of 2024. I reside in the Richmond district and service all over San Francisco for dog walks, pet drop ins, and pet sitting. I do offer pet sitting in north and east Bay for extended prices. Weekends Only. Hello! I'm a registered veterinary technician with a passion for medicine and would love to help watch your fur baby. As much as I love all dog breeds, I am only able to overnight sit small dog breeds at my home. I also offer drop-in visits for kitties at their own homes (once a day or twice a day visits). I am available for weekly dog walking on Mondays and Thursdays ( 1 or 2 drop ins per day) I am comfortable administering most forms of medication as well as SQ fluids or daily injections at home & other basic vet care. I live in the Lower Pac heights, SF and would like to stay local to SF. I would love to get to know you and your babies, let’s chat if you would like to use my services.

After nearly 30 years teaching high school, I retired to work with animals. I am certified through Animal Behavior College as a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, and Zookeeper Assistant. I am also a Certified Dog Trainer through Petco. I have two small dogs, a 12-year-old Spitz and a 3-year-old Border Terrier. I’ve been a pet mom for the past 25 years of both dogs and cats. I have also owned fish, mice, hamsters, and a rat. I LOVE animals, and I will care for yours as my own.
