My name is Irith (pronounced "Ee-reet") and I'm a certified professional pet and people trainer. My job is to help people create an environment where their pet has lots of good options, and almost always makes the right choices. Pets who are empowered to make their own choices are happier and more relaxed. Pets who make the right choices are a pleasure to live with. I’m an expert in making that happen. I have a sensitive spot for leash reactive dogs and have devoted extra studies and practice towards this area of dog training, but can help all dogs and all people with most issues and of course the basics! I specialize in small breeds only! I am insured and my home has been inspected to foster by the ASPCA. That being said we provide a loving home environment for your family member. I have cared for many seniors and have extensive experience with special needs dogs. I provide enrichment activities such as snuffle mats, lick mats, frozen healthy treats, a tunnel, and backyard jumps. We are kennel free. I provide boarding and daycare and have about 100 repeat clients! So we have different dogs coming and going daily, although I keep the number of pups at 5. Dogs in my care must be social with other dogs and cannot have separation anxiety or obsessive behaviors.

Good Dog! Playcare offers daily playgroups in a private, handcrafted, 2800-square foot indoor-outdoor play space at the base of Bernal Hill. ​We are currently accepting dogs in the 20-50 lb weight range, and we only accept dogs who genuinely enjoy the company of dogs. Good Dog! Playcare offers a unique experience in daycare. We pick the dogs up at your home and take them to our place to play for 4 hours. By the time we drop them back off, they are out of the house for 5-6 hours.
