I have been dog sitting & caring for pets for well over 30 years. We started our paid sitting in 2012 when our son wanted to pet sit to raise money for a school trip. I feel like our pets are more like children and are an expansion of our family. They deserve to showered with love, kindness & patience. I was raised in the country where we cared for a myriad of farm animals. I have worked with veterinarians assisting during surgery, medication administration and training. While I am not a paid professional trainer I have trained our last 3 dogs (2 Huskies and a Lab). I love the opportunity to meet new people and fur children and look forward to spending time with them throughout the day.

Once Upon a Dog Walk is a professional dog walking service for busy, urban, dog owners. Group walks last for a minimum of 90 minutes on the ground. Depending on the order of pickup and location, your pup will be out of the house between 2 - 4hrs. We are licensed and insured in the city of San Francisco and look forward to taking your pup on romps on our coastal trails and beaches!

Helping pet guardians overcome their dog’s behavior challenges with personalized training and behavior consulting. I offer in-home training, private day training, training walks, and pet sitting for challenging dogs. What started as a call to action and doing right by the furry friends in my life, this business was birthed from the trust and encouragement of my friends who had dogs and needed support. Fourteen years later, my team and I are ever grateful to have supported hundreds of pet owners, and made some life long friendships along the way. From Daycare support seven days a week, and Boarding overnight three hundred and sixty five a year, my passionate team is ready to support with your requested needs. I am a force free dog walker certified through Dog Biz. I've have cared for my own pups for 20 plus years. I offer private and group walks for small to medium size dogs, as well as boarding in my home.
