We cater to clients who want or need one-on-one support for their dogs because they are fearful, reactive, aggressive, or just need more attention in their care. Whether it's a walk or drop-in visit to provide company and enrichment, your pet is in good hands with a professional who has years of experience working with dogs who have behavior problems in shelter and clinical settings.

My name is Rachel Reeder and I'm a dog walker, boarder, sitter, and lover based in San Francisco, CA. I've combined by lifelong love for dogs and nature into 1 job. I'm a Certified Dog Walker and CPR & First Aid Certified through TopDogSF. When working with dogs, I use evidence-based force-free methods based on positive reinforcement. I bring fun, compassion, patience, and safety to every interaction I have with your pet! In addition to walks and boarding, I assist dog training classes with Aimee Porter, prominent San Francisco positive reinforcement dog trainer. R Positive specializes in small dogs off-leash hiking. We work to improve canine and human socialization, practice recall and encourage healthy play! R Positive dog walking employs only reward-based training methods and We require the family be on board with not using any pain or fear based techniques as they would conflict with our philosophy and cause future problems for the dog. Dog walk groups and pet sitting for small and social dogs only within our route: dog patch/Potrero Hill/Bernal Hill/Glen Park/southern Mission/Noe Valley/northern Bay View and Portola. We are leash and force free.

Hi! My family and I open up our home to provide a safe and loving place for your furry family to enjoy while you’re away. We love having new furry friends over and often have other pups visiting throughout the week. I can help with day care, over night boarding, drop in visits, and walking.
