Our focus is one on one care for dogs (and cats) that may struggle with traditional care settings and group care environments. Whether a dog is shy, fearful, reactive, anxious, aggressive, or perhaps just intact or a senior that has become selective; many dogs find group daycares, group walks, and traditional boarding environments stressful, or aren't able to go - so we are here to help! I started dog sitting after noticing a gap in the market. Daycares juggling numerous clients at can’t possibly cater to each dog’s unique needs. I commit to ONE dog at a time and providing individualized, structured care. Your dog will never be subjected to yelling, yanking, or punishing. I lead with compassion and gentleness - an approach they deserve. I provide care at my residence, offering 24/7 supervision for SA pups, exercise, and frequent photo updates. Good Dog! Playcare offers daily playgroups in a private, handcrafted, 2800-square foot indoor-outdoor play space at the base of Bernal Hill. ​We are currently accepting dogs in the 20-50 lb weight range, and we only accept dogs who genuinely enjoy the company of dogs. Good Dog! Playcare offers a unique experience in daycare. We pick the dogs up at your home and take them to our place to play for 4 hours. By the time we drop them back off, they are out of the house for 5-6 hours.

We are about community. Everyday we strive to make something better in serving our clients and their dogs. Julia, the business owner, is passionate about dogs and their care. This will be our 27th year of serving our San Francisco community. We offer dog walking, off leash adventures. Daycare and dog boarding. Our daycare and boarding is based out of my 2,500 sq ft home, with a large backyard. We love what we do. We use only force free, R+ training methods. All of our staff are employees and we provide health, dental and retirement benefits.
