Alyssa got her start pet-sitting then moved into working at a boarding and daycare facility managing play groups and taking dogs for off leash hike. She got a taste for dog behavior and never stopped seeking more knowledge. Alyssa has worked within the shelter world for upwards of 5 years, educating the public, the volunteers and the staff on safe animal care, animal welfare and enrichment and basic training principles. She enjoys working with dogs as they transition into new families or work through fear and confidence issues. Alyssa is very familiar with behavior challenges like fear, reactivity and aggression.

My goal is to help you and your dog achieve your training goals and build a strong, healthy relationship in the process. I have been Providing Dog walks since 2015 and I have been affiliated with dogs (daycare & vet clinics) since 2010. Bay City Paws provides off leash walks around San Francisco parks and boarding services. We work on basic commands and polite manners during our walks.

We specialize in dog daycare and Dog boarding. Our dog daycare provides exercise, dog play and socialization with other dogs 35 lbs. and under. When your dog stays with us they will be treated as one of our family. Dogs have a safe and secure location in our home to play and interact with other dogs of similar temperament. All dogs go through a meet and greet with their owner here at our facility to judge their temperament to make sure they are an ideal candidate for daycare and/or boarding. All dogs scheduled for a meet and greet must have their vaccinations up to date.
